Global Love Vibes….Traveling The World

Here at Betty Rides we travel the world searching for the worlds most high tech fabrics, make frequent trips to Hollywood to party with Paris and Lyndsey, and for rest and relaxation hit the most remote locations to carve the freshest powder.  Well out here in our global offices here in Portland, Oregon we have been spending the summer putting together the 2009-10 line.  The research and development that have went into this line have been painstakingly tedious and when we travel we like to travel in style.  One afternoon we decided to get a little crazy and buy a jet and limo.  We would like to introduce you to Betty Rides Airways and Betty Transportation.  Expect to see us in a town near you soon.

How To Make a Ghetto Rag

With all this summer Snowboarding going on it is important to protect against goggle tans. You will know your tan is coming on when you start to notice symptoms such as “reverse raccoon eyes” or it looks like you have been huffing dirt

One thing you can do to prevent goggle tans is wear a face coverer of some sort. A bandanna is a classic choice. Scarves and head wraps have been big lately. We also like what airhole has been up to…but sometimes the best answer is the simplest or cheapest-the Ghetto Rag (see below).

How do I make one of these?

Well, you will need two things:

1.XXL Tee Shirt

2. Scissors.

Take the tee shirt and rip one of the sleeves off.

Place the sleeve over your head

Viola! You have a brand new Ghetto Rag. If used properly you will avoid a nasty goggle tan and no one will think you are high on Dirty things!
